Convocation of the ordinary members' meeting for the approval of the 2024 financial report
and the renewal of Board of Directors.
By 31 December 2025, the Pian dei Ciliegi Association must provide for the renewal of the Board of Directors who, among them, will then choose the President, the Vice President, the Secretary and the Treasurer.
The newly elected will take up their duties starting from 1 January 2026 and will remain in office for 3 years.
Although well in advance of the expected date of taking up office, the meeting for the renewal of the corporate bodies, for organizational reasons, will be held in first call on March 22, 2025 and, in second call, on March 23, 2025, both at 3.30 p.m. , online on the Zoom platform.
In this meeting the assembly will vote on the final financial report for the year 2024 and, at the same time, will elect the new board members.
The meeting will be in Italian, with no translation, for organizational reasons. However, we can provide the minutes of the assembly on request, translated into English.

All members of the Pian dei Ciliegi association can participate in the meeting, but only those who are in compliance with the payment of the 2025 membership fee and have been registered for at least three months in the members’ register can cast their vote. Each member may be represented in the Assembly by one other member with written proxy. Each member cannot receive more than 3 proxies.
Given that in the first call the quorum is half plus one of the members, it is very likely that this number will not be reached and therefore the valid meeting will be that of March 23, 2025, in which the meeting is validly constituted whatever the number of those present.
As regards the candidacies for members of the Board of Directors, all members who are part of the Pian dei Ciliegi Association with the right to vote can be proposed.
Members are therefore invited to propose themselves as candidates and send applications to Pian dei Ciliegi's email stating that they meet the requirements.
For the election of the Board of Directors, the number of members to be elected is established by the assembly before the start of the voting operations in a variable number between 3 and 9 members.
The Assembly decides by majority of those present with the right to vote.
