Pian dei Ciliegi website will change its appearance soon. The current platform, based on Joomla technology - which has served us for all these years allowing all the operations that the law requires us - is becoming obsolete and begins to show some signs of aging. Therefore, based on the advice of some technicians we consulted, we have decided to transfer the entire website on Wordpress technology, more flexible and intuitive.
It may be bad news for those who are not very familiar with new technologies and who had already become accustomed to the - by now - ordinary ways, which perhaps may have been learned with some difficulty or not so immediately. However, we considered that, once known, the new platform will be easier to use and anyway, we tried to keep as much as possible the manual approach required with Joomla.
Therefore, the functions of accessing the website (the username and password of each user will remain unchanged), requesting admission to the association and registering for the retreats remain practically unchanged. They will have the same layout as far as possible, the graphics will be slightly different, but not less functional. Or at least, this is our hope. Of course, you can always notify us of any problems or shortcomings, which, if necessary, we will remedy as soon as possible.
