Ritiro di meditazione Satipatthana Vipassana
Il ritiro prevede momenti alternati di meditazione seduta e camminata, con colloqui individuali quotidiani e Dhamma talk tutte le sere. Il ritiro è in lingua inglese con traduzione in italiano, e prevede la presa degli otto precetti e il rispetto del Nobile Silenzio (per maggiori informazioni consultare il sito).
L’arrivo è tra le 14 alle 17 del primo giorno; il termine è dopo il pranzo dell’ultimo giorno.
Bhante Bodhidhamma è stato originariamente discepolo del Ven. Sayadaw U Janaka (Birmania) ed è stato ordinato monaco nella tradizione di Mahasi nel 1986. Successivamente ha seguito anche gli insegnamenti del ven. Sayadaw Rewata Dhamma, del ven. Sayadaw U Pandita e un lungo periodo di training al Kandubada Centre della tradizione Mahasi nello Sri Lanka. Dal 2001 al 2005 è stato insegnante residente al centro di ritiri Gaia House in Inghilterra. Dal 2006 è direttore spirituale del Centro di Meditazione Satipanya Buddhist Trust, nel Galles (Regno Unito).

Satipatthana Vipassana Meditation retreat
This retreat will have sessions of sitting and walking meditation, regular interviews with the teacher and daily Dhamma talks. The retreat is in English with Italian translation and all participants will be asked to take the 8 precepts and respect the Noble Silence (for information check our website).
Check-in is between 2 and 5 p.m on the first day, and the retreat ends after breakfast on the last day.
Bhante Bodhidhamma was originally a student of Ven. Sayadaw U Janaka from Burma and was ordained as a monk in the tradition of Mahasi in 1986.He then followed the teachings of Ven. Sayadaw Rewata Dhamma and of Ven. Sayadaw U Pandita , and did a long training period in the Mahasi Tradition at the Kandubada Centre in Sri Lanka. From 2001 to 2005 he was a resident teacher at the “Gaia House” retreat centre in England. Since 2006 he’s been spiritual guide of the Satipanya Buddhist Trust Meditation Centre in Wales, (U.K.).
