Ritiro di meditazione Satipatthana Vipassana

Il ritiro, aperto a tutti, prevede sessioni alternate di meditazione seduta e camminata, colloqui regolari con l’insegnante e discorsi di Dhamma serali. Durante il ritiro sarà rispettato il Nobile Silenzio e sarà chiesto ai partecipanti di prendere i cinque o gli otto precetti (per maggiori informazioni consultare il sito). Il ritiro è in inglese con traduzione in italiano.

L’arrivo è tra le 14 alle 17 del primo giorno; il termine è dopo il pranzo dell’ultimo giorno.ù

Bhante Sujiva è un monaco Theravada che, dopo essere stato per molti anni abate del Monastero di Santisukharama in Malesia, ha iniziato a viaggiare in tutto il mondo offrendo insegnamenti di Dhamma. Da settembre 2006 risiede più stabilmente in Europa dove segue vari gruppi di meditanti e guida ritiri di Metta e Vipassana.

Luisa Lazzarotto pratica la meditazione Vipassanā da circa trent’anni sotto la guida di validi insegnanti di Dhamma, ed è insegnante di yoga da oltre trent’anni anni. Dal 2016 conduce ritiri di introduzione alla Vipassanā a Pian dei Ciliegi e giornate di consapevolezza a Cinisello Balsamo (Milano). È stata autorizzata a insegnare il Dhamma da Bhante Sujiva e Bhante Bodhidhamma.

 Massimo Bonomelli ha approfondito la pratica di Vipassana sotto la guida di Bhante Sujiva, di cui è anche traduttore e assistente, e quella di Samatha con Alan Wallace.  Insegnante di yoga e counselor, conduce gruppi di mindfulness e di meditazione, tra cui i 'Domenicali con Sati' a Milano assieme a Giancarlo Giovannini.

 Satipatthana Vipassana retreat

This retreat is open to all, with sessions of sitting and walking meditation, regular interviews with the teacher and daily Dhamma talks.

The retreat is in English with Italian translation and all participants will be asked to take the 5 or 8 precepts and respect the Noble Silence (for information check our website).

Check-in is between 2 and 5 p.m on the first day, and the retreat ends after lunch on the last day

Bhante Sujiva is a Theravadin monk who was Abbot of the Santisukharama hermitage in Kota Tinggi, Malaysia from 1982 to 1996; since then he has been travelling all over the world to spread the teachings of the Dhamma and instructing in Vipassana meditation. Since September 2006, he’s been living more permanently  in Europe where he follows groups of yogis in different countries and conducts Vipassana and Metta retreats, as well as seminars on the study of the Abhidhamma.

Luisa Lazzarotto has practiced Vipassanā meditation for about thirty years under the guidance of distinguished Dhamma teachers, and has been a yoga teacher for over thirty years. Since 2016 she has been leading “Introduction to Vipassanā” retreats in Pian dei Ciliegi and organizes monthly Sunday retreats in Cinisello Balsamo (Milan). She has been authorized to teach the Dhamma by Bhante Sujiva e Bhante Bodhidhamma.

Massimo Bonomelli has deepened his Vipassanā practice under the guidance of Bhante Sujiva, for whom he is also assistant and translator, and his Sámatha practice with Alan Wallace. He is a yoga teacher in Dott. Yogacharya Bhole’s method Yoganubhava, besides being a certified counselor, having completed his training at the Mindfulness Counseling School. He leads meditation groups in various parts of Italy, and the monthly “Sundays with Sati” retreats in Milan, together with Giancarlo Giovannini.
