Ritiro di meditazione Satipaṭṭhāna Vipassanā nella tradizione di Mahāsi Sayadaw
Il ritiro è aperto a tutti; è in lingua inglese con traduzione in italiano e prevede sessioni alternate di meditazione seduta e camminata, colloqui individuali regolari e discorsi di Dhamma tutte le sere. Verrà chiesto a tutti i partecipanti di rispettare il Nobile Silenzio e di prendere gli otto o i cinque precetti (vedere spiegazioni sul sito).
L’arrivo è previsto tra le 14 e le 17 del primo giorno; il termine è dopo il pranzo dell’ultimo giorno.
Hannes Huber è un esperto insegnante di Dhamma austriaco. Ha iniziato a meditare nel 1985 con Godwin Samararatne dello Sri Lanka e ha una lunga esperienza di ritiri nella tradizione Mahāsi con il Ven.le Sayadaw U Pandita (che gli chiese di insegnare) e il Ven.le Sayadaw Vivekananda. Riporta molto fedelmente gli insegnamenti di questa tradizione offrendo al contempo un approccio accessibile alla mentalità occidentale, grazie anche alla sua formazione in psicosintesi. È insegnante guida di Dhamma alla Theravada Schule Vienna e insegna ritiri di Vipassanā e Metta in Austria e in altri paesi europei.
È la guida spirituale del Centro di Meditazione Pian dei Ciliegi.

Satipaṭṭhāna Vipassanā meditation retreat in the Mahāsi tradition
The retreat is open to all, in English with Italian translation, and includes alternating sessions of sitting and walking meditation, regular individual interviews and Dhamma talks every evening. All participants will be asked to respect the Noble Silence and to take the eight or five precepts (see explanations on our website).
Arrival is between 2pm and 5pm on the first day; departure is after lunch on the last day.
Hannes Huber is an experienced Austrian Dhamma teacher. He began meditating in 1985 with Godwin Samararatne of Sri Lanka and has long experience of retreats in the Mahāsi tradition with Ven. U Pandita and Ven. U Vivekananda, by whom he was authorized to teach. He reports the teachings of this tradition very faithfully while offering an accessible approach to the Western mentality, thanks also to his training in psychosynthesis with the teacher Sascha Dönges. He teaches Vipassanā meditation in Austria and other European countries and is an MBSR trainer.
He is the spiritual guide of the Pian dei Ciliegi Meditation Centre.
