Satipaṭṭhāna Vipassanā meditation retreat in the tradition of Mahāsi Sayadaw

Full period from March 26 to April 29: By booking this event, you will participate in retreats led by Hannes Huber, Gautam Verma, Andrea Huber, and Sayadaw Vivekananda.

The retreat is open to everyone; it is conducted in English with Italian translation and includes alternating sessions of sitting and walking meditation, as well as  individual interviews and evening Dhamma talks. The talks will be in English with Italian translation. All participants will be asked to observe Noble Silence and undertake the eight or five precepts (see explanations on the website).

Arrival is between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the first day; the retreat concludes after lunch on the final day.
