This is an example of our retreat's daily schedule. Depending from the teacher, this schedule could change. The waking up could be at 4 instead of 5 (rarely), and also the time for the meals, dhamma talk, and evening meditation can change.
We suggest meditators to follow the schedule as much as possible, in this way mindfulness and concentration will develop more easily. Of course, you are free to handle your own practice with the intent to feel at ease (within certain limits).
